Please fill out the form below to request an appointment; it may take about 10 minutes to complete and we will call you within 24 hours to schedule a date and time for your procedure. Your procedure will be scheduled at either the outpatient surgery center, Raleigh Endoscopy Center, or WakeMed Cary Hospital. Procedures are not performed in our offices.
Note: If you are actively experiencing any GI symptoms, it is likely you may need an office visit first before scheduling your procedure.
